Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customers for freight forwarding (Air & Sea), customs clearance, and logistics services
Meet exporters, importers, manufacturers, and traders to promote company services
Prepare and follow up on quotations, rate negotiations, and service proposals
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for smooth shipment execution
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Track market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
Maintain CRM, sales reports, and client records
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (MBA / Logistics preferred)
1–3 years experience in logistics / freight forwarding sales (freshers with logistics knowledge can apply)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping terms, and freight rates
Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication
Preferred
Experience in CHA / Freight Forwarding / NVOCC / 3PL
Local market knowledge and customer base
Two-wheeler with valid license
