Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Business Development Associate (Sr. BDA) to join our core business development team. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the complete sales cycle, converting leads into successful enrollments, and supporting the growth of junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue targets through end-to-end sales, from initial consultation to final closure.

• Connect with potential customers and understand their educational and career requirements.

• Recommend and pitch suitable educational programs and solutions.

• Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert qualified prospects into enrollments.

• Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline.

• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales and conversion targets.

• Negotiate with prospects and effectively handle objections to close deals.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.

• Track, analyze, and report sales performance and key business metrics.

• Mentor and support junior Business Development Associates.

• Contribute to team strategies and initiatives for improving sales performance.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 2–5 years of core sales experience.

• Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the EdTech sector.

• Industry Background: EdTech sales experience preferred; candidates

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience.
