Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA)
Location: On-site | Full-time
Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday (Monday & Tuesday off)
Shift: 12 PM – 9 PM
Role Overview
We are hiring an energetic Business Development Associate to drive student enrollments by engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward the right tech programs. You will qualify leads, nurture relationships, and close deals to consistently achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with prospective students and provide career-focused counseling
• Qualify leads and align needs with suitable programs
• Follow up, nurture relationships, and close enrollments
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Maintain accurate records on CRM and stay updated on product offerings
Requirements
• Experience: Fresher / entry-level with interest in sales
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA, M.Tech preferred)
• Strong English communication and customer engagement skills
• Target-driven mindset; ability to explain concepts clearly
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools (LeadSquared preferred)
Preferred
• Experience in EdTech/K12+ sales
• Exposure to tech products/services
• Experience handling high-ticket sales (₹1.5L+)
