AapniService.com is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) who will be responsible for outbound calling to promote services to customers and onboarding service vendors onto our platform.

The candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base and building strong vendor partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

📞 Customer Calling & Promotion

Make outbound calls to customers to explain AapniService.com services
Promote home services like AC repair, salon, appliance repair, cleaning, etc.
Generate service leads and convert inquiries into bookings
Follow up with interested customers

🤝 Vendor Onboarding & Coordination

Call and connect service professionals/vendors (technicians, beauticians, etc.)
Explain platform benefits, commission structure, and work process
Assist vendors in registration and onboarding
Coordinate between vendors and internal team

📊 Reporting & Follow-up

Maintain call records and daily activity reports
Update lead and vendor data in CRM/Excel
Ensure proper follow-up for closures
