Role Overview:
The Field Executive will be responsible for daily market outreach, lead generation, and customer acquisition through on-ground activities to increase new customer registrations and brand visibility.

· Monthly Target: ₹5,00,000 (5 Lakh) business value
· Location: As assigned
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct daily door-to-door (D2D) market visits to generate new leads.
· Distribute leaflets and promotional materials in the target market.
· Arrange and support in organizing health camps in different locations.
· Perform demo table activities in public areas to engage potential customers.
· Carry out demo counter / stall activities to showcase services and offers.
· Drive new customer registrations through the mobile app or offline process.
· Achieve new customer acquisition and onboarding targets.
· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.
· Provide daily reports on market visits, leads generated, and customer conversions.
Skills & Requirements:
· Good communication and customer engagement skills.
· Ability to work in the field and travel within assigned areas daily.
· Target-driven mindset and willingness to perform D2D sales activities.
· Experience in lead generation, field marketing, or customer acquisition is a plus.
· Basic smartphone and app handling knowledge.
