Job Description:

1.⁠ ⁠Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify potential clients through research, networking, and market analysis.
Initiate contact via cold calls, emails, or meetings to generate new leads.
Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and ensure consistent follow-up. 

2. Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential business areas. 

3. Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain records of sales, client interactions, and deals in the company CRM.
Provide regular updates to the management team on sales performance, market feedback, and client developments.

4.⁠ ⁠Assist in developing sales plans, pitches, and marketing materials for business development initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to support business growth strategies. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

Skills Required:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Proven ability to identify opportunities, develop relationships, and close deals.

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4. Proficiency in using PPT, Excel.
