**Requirements:**

* 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (preferably in real estate).

* Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

* Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

* Hunger for growth and willingness to take initiative.

* A positive and professional attitude with the ability to meet targets.

* Comfortable with client meetings and closing deals.

* Presentable, confident, and proactive.
