We are looking for a Job Title to join our team at Rudransh Media. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
• 5 districts me contest ka planning aur execution ensure karna
• Har district me team members ko manage & guide karna
• Participant registrations, engagement aur growth ko increase karna
• Social media activities (collabs, posts, hashtags) ko monitor & optimize karna
• Daily progress ka report maintain karna aur submit karna
• Contest rules & guidelines ka proper implementation ensure karna
• Local level par issues solve karna & smooth operations maintain karna
• Ground promotion & partnerships (schools, colleges, creators) ko develop karna
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and freshers and experinced both. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
