Job Title: Management Trainee – Sales & Operations

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Management Trainee to support our Sales and Operations team.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads and follow up with potential clients.
Assist in B2B sales and business development activities.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams.
Support day-to-day operational and project activities.
Prepare quotations, reports, and sales documentation.
Maintain customer and lead records.
Learn about STP, ETP, WTP, RO, UF, and Solar solutions.

Qualification: BBA / BBM / MBA / Any relevant graduate
Experience: Fresher or 0–1 year
Skills: Good communication, MS Office, sales, client coordination, and willingness to learn.
