RSSOM Power Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing & Business Development Executive with strong technical understanding of electrical products and hands-on experience in industrial sales. The candidate will be responsible for business expansion, client handling, technical coordination, and achieving monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Lead Generation
Identify and generate new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and product reach.
Sales & Business Development
Meet and coordinate with contractors, OEMs, consultants, builders, and MSMEs for business expansion.
Prepare and submit quotations, BOMs, and technical proposals.
Follow up on leads for order finalization, negotiations, and project closures.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Technical Coordination
Work closely with the engineering and production teams to understand product specifications and capabilities.
Provide technical assistance to clients regarding electrical panels and related solutions.
Coordinate project execution, delivery timelines, and installation support.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate sales reports, project pipelines, and customer databases.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with consistent follow-up and client engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
2–6 years of experience in sales/business development in electrical panels or industrial electrical products.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good understanding of HT/LT panels, switchgear, control systems, and electrical drawings.
Ability to travel for client meetings, field visits, and site evaluations.
