Ronak Group of Companies is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Business Development Executive to represent our brand in the African market. This role combines retail sales, customer engagement, and on-ground brand development in a fast-growing international market. The selected candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth and building long-term customer relationships.
Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product recommendations.
Conduct effective product demonstrations and upselling to maximize sales value.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent pre- and post-sales service.
Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate stock records, and report shortages or discrepancies.
Act as a brand ambassador by representing Ronak Group with professionalism and integrity.
Execute sales strategies and initiatives to achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain regular sales reports and market feedback for management review.
Any Graduate
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive mindset.
Ability to work effectively in multicultural and international environments.
Basic understanding of inventory management and retail operations.
