Job Title: Business Development Executive – West Africa

Location: Africa (On-site)

Contract – 3 Years

Role Overview:

Ronak Group of Companies is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Business Development Executive to represent our brand in the African market. This role combines retail sales, customer engagement, and on-ground brand development in a fast-growing international market. The selected candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product recommendations.

  • Conduct effective product demonstrations and upselling to maximize sales value.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent pre- and post-sales service.

  • Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate stock records, and report shortages or discrepancies.

  • Act as a brand ambassador by representing Ronak Group with professionalism and integrity.

  • Execute sales strategies and initiatives to achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.

  • Maintain regular sales reports and market feedback for management review.

  • Any Graduate
