Job Title: Broking Executive / Relationship Manager
Location: Vijay Nagar

Reports To: Branch Manager / Head of Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Broking Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing relationships, advising on investment options, and executing trades across equity, derivatives, and other financial products.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.

  • Understand client financial goals and provide appropriate investment advice.

  • Execute equity, derivative, and commodity trades as per client instructions.

  • Provide market insights, research, and trading ideas to clients.

  • Achieve revenue targets through brokerage and cross-selling financial products like mutual funds, insurance, etc.

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through prompt and professional service.

  • Monitor client portfolios and suggest necessary changes based on market trends.

  • Ensure compliance with all SEBI and exchange regulations.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

  • 0–3 years of experience in a similar role at a broking or financial services firm.

  • Strong knowledge of stock markets, trading platforms, and investment products.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Target-driven and capable of working under pressure.


Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to analyze financial statements and market trends.

  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
