Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our recruitment and placement agency. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, connecting with companies, and building long-term client relationships to expand our recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients for recruitment services.

• Generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

• Connect with HR managers, business owners, and decision-makers to understand their hiring requirements.

• Explain the company's recruitment services and business model to prospective clients.

• Schedule client meetings and follow up on business opportunities.

• Negotiate recruitment service charges and close business deals.

• Maintain client databases and update lead status regularly.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Achieve monthly business development and client acquisition targets.

Requirements

• Graduates from any stream are preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with experience in business development, sales, telecalling, or recruitment will have an advantage.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and LinkedIn.

• Confident, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
