Business Development Manager (BDM) – Interior Design & Architecture

We are looking for an ambitious and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our client network, build strategic partnerships, and generate high-quality business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Generate qualified leads for residential and commercial interior projects

  • Develop partnerships with builders, brokers, architects, real estate consultants, and channel partners

  • Identify new business opportunities in target markets and premium localities

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project discussions

  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and clients

Strategic Growth

  • Create and execute business expansion strategies

  • Develop referral and partnership networks

  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion

  • Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetups

  • Maintain and grow a strong sales pipeline

Client Management

  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team

  • Ensure smooth communication from lead generation to project onboarding

  • Handle negotiation and commercial discussions

  • Maintain CRM records and regular follow-ups


Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition

  • Prior experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, Construction, or Luxury Services preferred

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to build strategic partnerships and generate business independently

  • Good understanding of customer relationship management

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and growth-focused mindset


Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of interior design industry and residential/commercial projects

  • Experience with Meta leads, CRM tools, and sales funnels

  • Strong networking and presentation abilities

  • Familiarity with Delhi NCR real estate and premium residential markets
