We are looking for an ambitious and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our client network, build strategic partnerships, and generate high-quality business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Generate qualified leads for residential and commercial interior projects
Develop partnerships with builders, brokers, architects, real estate consultants, and channel partners
Identify new business opportunities in target markets and premium localities
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project discussions
Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and clients
Strategic Growth
Create and execute business expansion strategies
Develop referral and partnership networks
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion
Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetups
Maintain and grow a strong sales pipeline
Client Management
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team
Ensure smooth communication from lead generation to project onboarding
Handle negotiation and commercial discussions
Maintain CRM records and regular follow-ups
Requirements
2+ years experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition
Prior experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, Construction, or Luxury Services preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build strategic partnerships and generate business independently
Good understanding of customer relationship management
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and growth-focused mindset
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of interior design industry and residential/commercial projects
Experience with Meta leads, CRM tools, and sales funnels
Strong networking and presentation abilities
Familiarity with Delhi NCR real estate and premium residential markets
