💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Generate business leads in civil BIM modeling & detailing

• Build strong client relationships (Australia, USA, Singapore focus)

• Prepare proposals & present tailored solutions

• Collaborate with technical teams for market expansion

📌 Experience: 2–4 years in business development/sales in civil/BIM/AEC sectors

🗣️ Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation & CRM proficiency
