Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth by selling our cloud-based software solutions to businesses. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and inbound leads.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain SaaS features, benefits, and ROI to potential clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable subscription plans.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure renewals and upselling opportunities.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Update CRM with accurate pipeline and forecasting information.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams for lead generation and feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
2+ years of experience in SaaS / B2B sales.
Strong understanding of cloud-based software and subscription models.
Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong presentation and demo skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling ERP, CRM, HRMS, FinTech, EdTech, or AI-based SaaS products.
Knowledge of SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV).
Experience with inside sales and outbound calling.
