🔑 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Convert Leads to Orders – Handle inbound inquiries & assist customers in purchasing.

  2. Follow-Up Calling – Maintain communication until the sale is completed.

  3. Customer Relationship Management – Build trust and long-term connections.

  4. Understand Customer Needs – Suggest the best products/services confidently.

  5. Close Sales Effectively – Meet & exceed sales targets.

  6. Market Awareness – Stay updated about competitors & industry trends.

  7. Business Growth Contribution – Help increase revenue through strong sales performance.
