Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales Support

• Identify and qualify potential clients through online research, cold outreach, and networking.

• Support the sales team with prospecting activities, including calling, emailing, and scheduling meetings.

• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information.

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

• Prepare research reports to support sales strategy and campaign development.

Client Engagement

• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and pitch materials.

• Participate in client calls and meetings to support account managers when needed.

Campaign & Project Support

• Collaborate with marketing to support promotional campaigns and events.

• Track the performance of business development initiatives and provide insights.

Administrative & Reporting Tasks

• Generate weekly and monthly sales activity reports.

• Support team coordination tasks and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of sales processes and marketing concepts.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
