Business Development Executive

## Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and generating new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.

• Research potential clients and maintain a database of prospective customers.

• Support the development and maintenance of a strong sales and lead pipeline.

• Contact potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.

• Understand client requirements and assist in presenting suitable products/services.

• Schedule and coordinate client meetings and follow-up activities.

• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other business development materials.

• Follow up with leads and prospects to support lead conversion and sales activities.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.

• Assist the team in achieving monthly business development and sales targets.

• Prepare regular reports on lead generation, pipeline status, and business development activities.

• ## Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

• Fresher's and candidates with a strong interest in business development and sales are welcome to apply.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

• Basic understanding of lead generation and sales processes.

• Good presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

• Willingness to learn and develop skills in sales and business development.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
