About the Role
Accuwisetech is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, cold calling, and initiating conversations with potential clients to expand the company’s customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online research.
Identify and connect with potential clients and decision-makers.
Initiate and manage lead conversations and client engagement.
Understand client requirements and present relevant company solutions/services.
Maintain and update lead database and CRM records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business opportunities.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
Ability to handle client conversations and negotiations.
Basic understanding of sales pipeline and business development process.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking tools is a plus.
Eligibility
1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Lead Generation.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
