Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to grow our solar division. The ideal candidate will identify opportunities, engage with clients, and help deliver energy solutions that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and online outreach

  • Understand client needs and present customized solar solutions

  • Educate clients on solar benefits, subsidies, and ROI

  • Prepare proposals and quotations in coordination with the technical team

  • Negotiate terms and close deals in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors

  • Maintain long-term client relationships and support project execution

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year in sales or business development (solar/electrical sector preferred)

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and open to local travel

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

  • Basic understanding of solar PV systems and government policies/incentives
