As a Business Development Executive at Professional Utilities, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our wide range of compliance and registration services. You’ll play a key role in achieving sales targets and ensuring client satisfaction.
Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Explain the company’s services (BIS, EPR, GeM, FSSAI, etc.) to prospective clients and convert them into customers.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate service solutions.
Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and follow-ups in CRM.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and invoices when required.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build long-term professional relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
