Role Overview:

We are hiring dynamic, customer-focused individuals for Pre-Sales and Senior Associate roles. This is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in real estate sales and consulting. Candidates will play a key role in lead management, client engagement, and conversion support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for property inquiries.

• Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.

• Qualify leads and schedule site visits or meetings.

• Provide information and guidance on property options.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client experience.

• Maintain CRM records and provide timely updates.

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and regional languages).

• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic understanding of real estate processes is a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is desirable.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player.

Eligibility:

• Education: Graduate in any stream (Real Estate/Marketing/Sales background is a plus).

• Experience: 0–4 years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).

• Must be available for a walk-in interview at the location mentioned.
