Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team at PropGuys Consulting Pvt. Ltd. for our Farrukhnagar, Jhajjar location. The role focuses on generating sales opportunities, building client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 + Attractive Incentives
📍 Location: Farrukh Nagar, Jhajjar
🕒 Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year in Real Estate Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through various sales channels.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Conduct site visits and assist clients throughout the sales process.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 6 Months to 1 Year of experience in Real Estate Sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Sales-driven and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
