Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Data Collection

• Collect potential customer data from online portals, social media, directories, and other sources

• Maintain and update a clean, structured database of prospects

2. Marketing & Outreach

• Execute email & WhatsApp marketing campaigns to generate interest

• Send personalized messages using approved templates

3. Customer Engagement & Follow-Ups

• Follow up on communication to gauge interest and answer queries

• Maintain regular contact with leads via phone, email, or messaging

4. Meeting Coordination

• Schedule and arrange meetings for the senior sales team

• Share agendas and follow up on action items

5. Sales Support

• Prepare and share product details, quotations, and documents

• Assist in meetings, objection handling, and deal closures

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of activities, communications, and conversions

• Prepare daily/weekly reports for management review
