We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented Business Development Executive for our Real Estate Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, client handling, site visits, and sales closures while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Experience Required:
6 Months to 5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and manage leads through calls, references, and online platforms
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable real estate projects
• Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients
• Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain regular communication
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and documentation
• Maintain accurate sales records and MIS reports
• Build and maintain long term client relationships
Requirements:
• Experience in Real Estate Sales / Business Development
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle clients professionally
• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office
• Target oriented and self motivated personality
• Graduate preferred
