Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Share Market Terminal Operator to manage stock trading operations through trading terminals such as NSE NOW, ODIN, or NEAT. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of stock markets, trading platforms, and SEBI regulations, with the ability to execute trades swiftly and accurately on behalf of clients or the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate stock market trading terminals like NSE NOW, BSE BOLT, ODIN, NEAT, etc.

• Execute buy/sell orders on behalf of clients in equities, derivatives, and commodities.

• Monitor real-time stock movements and manage trading activities as per client instructions.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory norms (SEBI, NSE, BSE).

• Maintain accurate trading records and client documentation.

• Resolve client queries related to trades, positions, margin requirements, etc.

• Monitor client positions and ensure timely margin calls.

• Coordinate with back-office and compliance teams for smooth operations.

• Provide market updates to clients and support them in informed decision-making.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a terminal operator or dealer.

• Certification: NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of equity, F&O, and commodity markets.

• Proficiency in trading software like ODIN, NOW, NEAT, BOLT, etc.

• Good analytical and numerical skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field.

• Additional NISM certifications (e.g., Mutual Funds, Currency Derivatives) will be a plus.

• Experience with algo or automated trading platforms is an advantage.
