This role is non-sales target based and emphasizes client interaction, follow-ups, professional calling, and business coordination rather than direct sales pressure.Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesClient Interaction & Relationship Management• Act as the primary contact for B2B and B2C clients.• Conduct professional meetings to understand client requirements.• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.• Coordinate between internal teams and clients.Business Development & Coordination• Support new business opportunities through networking and referrals.• Assist in growth initiatives without fixed sales targets.• Align client needs with company solutions.• Support onboarding and engagement processes.Follow-ups & Communication• Manage regular follow-ups via calls, emails, and meetings.• Handle professional calling and scheduling.• Ensure timely resolution of client queries.• Maintain communication records.B2B & B2C Dealing• Handle corporate and individual client interactions.• Adapt communication strategies based on client type.• Assist in commercial coordination when required.Reporting & Documentation• Prepare periodic client interaction reports.• Maintain documentation of meetings and discussions.• Share insights with senior management.Skills & Competencies• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Excellent client-handling abilities.• Professional and solution-oriented attitude.• Working knowledge of MS Office.
