Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic, curious and confident individual who enjoys meeting people and gathering business information.
This role is responsible for developing market intelligence by visiting industrial areas, identifying prospective customers, understanding their customer consumption patterns and building a qualified prospect database for our sales team.
This is not a door-to-door sales role. The primary objective is to collect accurate market information, establish initial rapport with prospective customers and create future business opportunities for Pioneer.
Key Responsibilities
• Visit manufacturing units across Faridabad, Ballabhgarh and nearby industrial clusters.
• Identify factories using industrial gases.
• Collect detailed customer information including:
• Build and maintain a structured prospect database.
• Identify opportunities where customers may benefit from improved pricing, service or supply reliability.
• Share daily field visit reports and market insights with the management team.
• Track competitor presence, pricing trends and customer feedback.
• Support future sales campaigns by maintaining an updated pipeline of prospects.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in field sales, market research, business development or industrial marketing.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and willingness to work in the field may also apply.
• Comfortable travelling extensively within Faridabad industrial areas.
• Strong observation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to initiate conversations confidently with factory personnel.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets or CRM tools.
• Honest, disciplined and self-driven.
