Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Business Development Executive / Sales Executive with strong telesales skills to join our growing team in the LPG industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and nurturing customer relationships through phone-based communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote LPG products and services.
Identify sales opportunities and generate qualified leads through telesales campaigns.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through consistent telephonic outreach.
Follow up with leads and close sales through persuasive communication and relationship building.
Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and follow-up schedules in CRM systems.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate LPG solutions.
Handle incoming inquiries and resolve customer queries professionally and promptly.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly telesales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
1–5 years of experience in telesales, preferably in LPG, energy, or Loan and Insurance sectors.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
Strong listening, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets and working under pressure.
Knowledge of LPG product offerings and safety standards is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
