Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a strategicresults-driven Head of Business Development to accelerate growth, expand our customer base, and strengthen Perfektion Asia’s position in the sheet metal and fabrication industry. The ideal candidate brings strong market connectionstechnical understanding, and the ability to convert opportunities into business quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Growth & Strategy

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to drive revenue and market expansion.

  • Identify new marketssectors, and high-potential clients.

  • Track industry trendspricing, and competitor activity.

2. Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and industrial customers.

  • Convert leads into orders through effective technical and commercial communication.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

3. Sales Execution

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Lead negotiations, prepare quotations, and close deals.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to order confirmation.

4. Technical Collaboration

  • Understand customer requirements and propose feasible sheet metal solutions.

  • Coordinate with engineering and production for drawings, prototypes, and delivery.

  • Ensure technical accuracy and clarity in all quotations.

5. Marketing & Brand Development

  • Represent the company at trade showsevents, and industry forums.

  • Support creation of marketing materials and targeted campaigns.

  • Strengthen brand visibility within key industrial segments.

6. Reporting & Forecasting

  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.

  • Provide concise reports on performance, opportunities, and market conditions.

  • Use CRM tools for lead tracking and customer management.


Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineeringBusiness AdministrationMarketing, or related field.

  • 1–5 years of proven experience in B2B industrial sales or business development.

  • Strong market network within sheet metal, fabrication, or related manufacturing sectors.

  • Excellent communicationnegotiation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong understanding of sheet metal processes: Stamping, laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, powder coating, assembly, etc.

  • Strong industry connections and existing relationships with OEMs, industrial buyers, or procurement teams.

  • Experience in technical salescosting, and quotation preparation.

  • Preferred Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi. 

Additional Notes 

This position reports to the Top Management and is a key contributor to the overall success of the organization.
