We’re looking for a highly motivated and goal-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. You’ll be the face of PACEX to potential students, guiding them through our programs and helping them make the right career decisions.
Identify and pursue new sales leads via calls, emails, and social media
Conduct career counseling sessions with potential candidates
Convert leads into enrollments for PACEX programs
Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline using CRM tools
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve outreach and conversion
Participate in offline/online promotional events and campaigns
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or counseling (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to handle objections and convert interest into action
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Fluent in English and Hindi (Regional languages are a plus)
Graduate in any stream (Preference for BBA, B.Com, or similar background)
