Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Executive to manage booking processes across various platforms. The ideal candidate will assist clients with travel, hotel, or event reservations, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.

• Manage reservations for hotels, flights, travel packages, and other services.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date booking records.

• Provide clients with information on booking policies, terms, and conditions.

• Resolve any booking conflicts or customer complaints professionally.

• Generate daily and weekly booking reports for management.

• Use booking systems and CRM software efficiently (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, etc.).

• Gather client feedback to continuously improve service quality.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English and Hindi).

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling).

• Knowledge of reservation software is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Customer-first attitude and problem-solving capabilities.
