Job Description

To generate, qualify, and close sales for Palpx Legal’s services in Pune by converting inbound leads, cold outreach, and local market references. The role is target-driven and focused on execution, follow-ups, and closures. Key Responsibilities: - 1. Lead Handling & Sales Execution  Handle inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, website, references) with daily minimum Target closures.  Make outbound calls to prospects (startups, founders, MSMEs).  Understand client requirements and map them to correct legal services and connect with the in-house advocate council for proper guidance and consultation.  Explain scope, process, timelines, and pricing clearly.  Push for closures and advance payments. 2. Services to Be Sold: -  The candidate will sell (training will be provided):  Business registrations (Pvt Ltd, LLP, Sole Prop, Partnership)  GST registration, returns & compliance  FSSAI (Basic / State / Central)  MSME / Udyam registration  Shops & Establishment  Trademark filing (India + Madrid support)  Drug License (Retail / Wholesale)  Factory License, Labour Licenses (CLRA, Shops Act)  Legal drafting (Agreements, MOUs, Notices)  Ongoing compliance & retainer-based legal services 3. Client Coordination & Follow-ups  Coordinate between client ↔️ legal team for documents.  Ensure document collection and correctness.  Regular follow-ups for:  Pending payments  Missing documents  Status updates 4. Local Market Development (Pune)  Build relationships with:  CAs  Consultants  Real estate agents  Startup communities  Generate local references and walk-ins.  Represent Palpx Legal professionally in Pune market.  Daily Activity Expectations  Minimum no of Lead Closure  Maintain lead status in Excel / CRM Daily reporting on:  Leads received  Closures done  Revenue generated  Pending follow-ups Required Skills & Profile Mandatory: -  0–2 years’ experience in sales / tele calling / business development  Comfortable selling services (not products) Strong communication in:  English  Hindi  Marathi (preferred for Pune market) Basic understanding of:  GST / company registration / legal processes (or willingness to learn)  Confident on calls and closure-oriented mindset Good to Have Experience in:  Legal firms  CA firms  Consultancy sales  Prior target-based sales role Compensation Structure (Suggested) Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience) Who Should NOT Apply: -  People looking for only desk work  Non-sales profiles  Candidates uncomfortable with targets or follow-ups Why Join Palpx Legal?  Direct exposure to real legal & compliance sales  Learn end-to-end business compliance ecosystem  Fast growth in a new branch  Opportunity to become Pune branch lead if performance is strong
