platform in India.
Job Description
● (A) Recruitment of Financial Products Distributors
(1) Identify, meet the potential leads who want to be an entrepreneur and explain to them about the business opportunities and convince them to start the Financial Products
Distribution business and become a Financial Product Distributor / Partner with NJ
India Invest Pvt Ltd.
(2) Explaining MF business opportunities and earnings to interested leads.
(3) Coordinating and assisting enrolled candidates for NISM - Series V-A (AMFI).
● (B) Business Development
(1) Providing financial products training to Distributors / Partners for Business
Development.
(2) Plan activities and strategies for business development for Distributors / Partners.
(3) Educate the partners about product portfolio, services offers and also evaluate them
on sales performance, recommend improvements.
(4) Develop positive working relationships with partners to build business.
● (C) System & Process
(1) Following the internal sales process by updating all the activities in the online system.
(2) Comply with all rules and regulations of the company as well as following industry norms.
● (D) Compliance: Ensure adherence to IRDAI and AMFI guidelines and company policies at all times.
● (E) Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the support and underwriting team to ensure seamless policy issuance and servicing.
👤 Candidate Requirements
● Education:
- XII std passed out with Maths subject preferred.
- Minimum Graduate in any stream (Finance/Commerce (B.Com & B.A. preferred)
● Experience: Freshers are welcomed. Experienced persons from Insurance Sales or Financial Product Sales (B2B) with 02-05 years’ work Experience.
● Skills Required:
○ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
○ Customer-focused attitude with a consultative approach
○ Ability to work under targets and handle field as well as telephonic sales
○ Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
○ Average to very good communication skills, convincing skills and patience.
○ Bold, Go-Getter Attitude, Ability and passion to achieve Growth and Targets.
● Languages: Gujarati and Hindi (Mandatory); English (Preferred)
● Preferred Background: Candidates from Insurance companies, Mutual Funds, Sales (B2B, B2C) or financial service providers will be preferred first.
