Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing a team of detailing technicians, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Roles & Responsibilities:

•Deliver exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues.

•Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and preferences, and striving to exceed their expectations.

•Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, aiming for customer satisfaction and retention.

•Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for business development.

•Gather feedback from franchisees on company support, products, and services.

•Collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements based on franchisee feedback.

•Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns to attract new customers and drive business growth.
