Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to generate new business opportunities and acquire international clients for our BPO services. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities.
Acquire international clients for BPO and outsourcing services.
Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
Schedule and attend client meetings.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth project onboarding.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Business Development, BPO Sales, IT Services Sales, or International Sales.
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in acquiring international clients is preferred.
Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
