Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to generate new business opportunities and acquire international clients for our BPO services. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities.

  • Acquire international clients for BPO and outsourcing services.

  • Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.

  • Schedule and attend client meetings.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
