Job Title: Business Development Executive and Marketing Executive (Civil & Interiors)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

A) New Business Acquisition:

• Identify and prospect potential clients (developers, contractors, architects, etc.) within the civil construction and interiors sector.

• Generate leads, initiate contact, and secure new project opportunities.

• Qualify leads, assess project feasibility, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.

• Should present our company profile to clients in a way that highlights the key strengths, achievements, and core offerings effectively.

B) Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

• Attend meetings, provide project proposals, and negotiate contracts and terms with potential clients.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients from initial inquiry through project initiation.

C) Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential project opportunities.

• Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to position the company effectively in the market.

• Provide insights to senior management on market needs, customer preferences, and industry shifts.

D) Collaboration with Internal Teams:

• Collaborate with the design, operations, and project management teams to ensure smooth handover of new business opportunities.

• Work with marketing and design teams to create proposals, presentations, and client presentations that align with project specifications.

E) Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client communications, and project pipeline status.

• Prepare regular reports on sales targets, project progress, and new opportunities for management review.

F) Skills & Competencies:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, and project management tools.

• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of the civil construction and interior design industries is preferred

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
