Experience: 2+ Year (in Staffing / Recruitment Sales preferred)
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to join our staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building strong business relationships, and supporting revenue growth through staffing partnerships.
Identify and connect with potential clients in IT and Non-IT sectors.
Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
Pitch staffing and recruitment services to HR heads and decision-makers.
Maintain client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal recruiters for timely delivery of profiles.
Achieve monthly targets for client acquisition and revenue generation.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in business development / client acquisition in staffing or recruitment domain.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of the recruitment process and market trends.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
