Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive at OmniGross, you will play a crucial role in driving business expansion by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and converting qualified leads into long-term partnerships. You will act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, understanding their business needs and positioning OmniGross’s services — such as Social Media Management, Lead Generation, and Website Development — as the ideal solution to their growth challenges.

This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, communication excellence, and a results-driven mindset to achieve consistent revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Present and pitch OmniGross’s digital marketing and web solutions to potential clients.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation campaigns with sales objectives.

  • Track, manage, and convert leads through the CRM system from inquiry to closure.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company policies and pricing guidelines.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, design, etc.) to ensure smooth client onboarding and project delivery.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and pipeline progress.

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and market developments.


Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience:

  • 0–1 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition — preferably in a digital marketing, IT, or advertising agency.

Technical & Professional Skills:

  • Understanding of digital marketing services (Social Media, Lead Generation, Website Design etc.).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Ability to create sales proposals, quotations, and client presentations.

Soft Skills:

  • High ownership and self-motivation.

  • Target-oriented and resilient under pressure.

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.


KPIs / Performance Metrics
