Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales and acquire

corporate clients across Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new B2B leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn and field visits.

• Acquire Large corporate/Retail/B2B clients with multisite operations and build long-term business relationships.

• Meet Procurement, Admin, Finance, Facility/Operations & Other decision makers.

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable Officestag solutions.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercials and close deals.

• Key Account Management with tech savvy/digital approach is a must.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Develop existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.

• Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records and regular sales reports.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

• Coordinate with procurement, operations and logistics teams for smooth order fulfilment.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in B2B Sales/Business Development.

• Experience in office supplies, facility management, MRO, stationery, FMCG, corporate procurement or related industries preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation ,Tech Savvy and client-management skills.

• Target-oriented with strong lead-generation and closing abilities.

• Comfortable with field sales and travelling across Delhi NCR & Outside

• Bachelors degree required; MBA/PGDM preferred.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
