Job overview:
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The role involves lead generation, pitching products/services, negotiating deals, and closing sales while collaborating closely with marketing and delivery teams..
Role & Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach.
Qualify leads and understand client needs to propose suitable products or services.
Conduct sales presentations, demos, and meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Act as the primary point of contact during the sales cycle.
Ensure smooth handover to internal teams after deal closure.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements and skills:
1. 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development.
2. Any graduate or post- graduate .
3. Basic knowledge of Excel, MS Word, Ms PowerPoint.
4. Experience in B2B sales, IT services, digital marketing, consulting, or SaaS is an advantage.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
7. Ability to understand client requirements and present solutions clearly
8. Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales activities
9. Goal-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated attitude
