Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and relationship-focused Business Development Executive to manage the NUMAEX Experience Centre and develop professional relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, developers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Experience Centre and ensure an excellent visitor experience.
• Welcome visitors, understand their requirements, and present suitable NUMAEX products and applications.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, and referral partners.
• Coordinate client visits, product presentations, workshops, open houses, and engagement events.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and identify relevant business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, contacts, follow-ups, and opportunities.
• Coordinate product-training sessions when required.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, Design, and Operations teams.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, well-presented, and professional personality.
• Good relationship-management and coordination abilities.
• Self-driven, organised, and process-oriented approach.
• Experience in business development, architect relations, client engagement, showroom operations, or Experience Centre management is preferred.
• Experience in architecture, interiors, building materials, construction, furniture, lighting, paints, or another design-led industry would be advantageous.
• Any graduate may apply.
• Good command of English and Hindi is required.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
