## Role Summary
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth by generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships. This is a full-time position with a clear path to a fixed salary plus incentives and career growth.
## Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients using various channels—calls, emails, networking, social media, etc.
- Sales & Closing: Understand client needs, present web solutions effectively, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Revenue Accountability: Take ownership of your sales pipeline and be responsible for generating consistent revenue.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our design and tech teams to ensure seamless project handover after deal closure.
## Experience
Minimum 2 years in any B2B sales, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or digital marketing.
