📌 Key Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound sales leads generated through the NoBroker platform.
Contact property owners, buyers, tenants, and sellers to understand their requirements.
Pitch NoBroker products and services, including owner plans, property sales, home loans, legal services, home services, and property management.
Qualify leads and recommend suitable service plans based on customer needs.
Conduct regular follow-ups to convert prospects into paying customers.
Negotiate pricing, address objections, and close sales while achieving revenue targets.
Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and sales updates in the CRM system.
Coordinate with field sales, operations, and customer support teams for seamless service delivery.
Resolve customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on product features, offers, pricing, and market trends.
Adhere to company sales processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
