Job Title: Territory Sales Executive (Field Sales)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Territory Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves managing sales activities within a designated territory, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets through effective field sales strategies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new customers within the assigned territory.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct regular field visits to understand customer needs and market trends.

  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

  • Execute promotional activities, campaigns, and product demonstrations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and support) to deliver a seamless customer experience.

  • Track, analyze, and report sales performance, competitor activities, and market insights.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

  • 1–4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in B2C/B2B domains.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.

  • Comfortable with extensive field travel within the assigned territory.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
