Job Title: Business Development Manager (Diagnostic Services)

Job Summary: The Business Development Manager (BDM) specializing in diagnostic services is responsible for driving business growth and expanding market presence within the diagnostic healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Analysis and Strategy:

    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the diagnostic services sector.

    • Develop strategic plans and business development initiatives to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve growth objectives.

  2. Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and alliances with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and other relevant entities.

    • Lead the negotiation and closing of contracts and agreements to secure new business ventures.

  3. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the healthcare industry.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and business development discussions related to diagnostic services.

  4. Promotion and Marketing:

    • Develop and execute marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to increase awareness of the organization's diagnostic capabilities.

  5. Financial Management:

    • Set and achieve revenue targets, monitor sales performance, and report on key metrics related to business development activities.

  6. Strategic Planning and Collaboration:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and medical staff, to align business development strategies with organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the healthcare industry, preferably within diagnostic services.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and industry trends.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify business opportunities, and develop strategic plans.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Preferred Skills:
