We are looking for ambitious, high-energy Business Development Executive (BDE) Interns / Freshers to join our growing team at Nexolv AI. In this role, you will be selling our cutting-edge B2B SaaS AI product to business owners, founders, and corporate decision-makers in international markets.

What We Offer (Compensation & Perks)

• Base Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month (Based on interview performance for FRESHERS).

• Fixed Stiped: ₹5000 and Pre-Placement Offer / PPO

Shift Timings & Working Days

• Shift Hours: 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM (Aligned with Dubai business hours).

• Working Days: 6 days a week.

What We Want / What You Will Do

• Lead Generation: Find and research potential business clients in Dubai using LinkedIn, web directories, and databases.

• Outreach: Reach out to international decision-makers through professional cold emails, LinkedIn messaging, and cold calling.

• Product Demos: Connect with interested business prospects, understand their workflow problems, and schedule live online product demonstrations.

• Pipeline Management: Maintain daily logs of your leads and follow-ups in our system.

Who Can Apply? (Requirements)

• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) are mandatory to speak with international clients.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of or curiosity about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and SaaS software.

• Comfortable working with basic tech tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets, and LinkedIn.

• Immediate joiners available for Hybrid role.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
