About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Development professional with experience in B2B IT/Software Services sales to drive new client acquisition across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn, Apollo, Snov.io and other channels.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client closure.
Proven experience in international lead generation / international sales, preferably with US, UK, UAE, Europe or other overseas markets.
Conduct client meetings and understand software/project requirements.
Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial offers.
Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers and Project Managers for solution discussions.
Negotiate with clients and convert opportunities into projects.
Maintain CRM, sales pipeline and regular follow-ups.
Build long-term client relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
