Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and well-spoken Business Development Executive who is comfortable communicating with international clients and can handle cold calling, lead generation, and client engagement. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a positive personality, and the ability to understand client needs and present our services professionally.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calling to international prospects and generate qualified leads.

  • Identify potential clients through research, social media, and databases.

  • Explain company services clearly and confidently to foreign clients.

  • Maintain and update lead information in CRM tools.

  • Set up meetings, demos, or follow-up calls with potential clients.

  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.

  • Build long-term relationships with prospective customers.

  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

  • Participate in strategy meetings for improving outreach and lead quality.
